I have one as well and like it, I look heart rate graphs after cycling. I suggest however not to eat back calories. The only thing I hate of all these devices is that each comes with different plug...so one for the phone, another for fitbit, another cable for garmin.

May 3 Cheat meal day, but could have make better the meal after as also there I put too much food in my mouth. - A better strategy is fill MFP before ending the meal and see how many calories you can still afford

May 2 Yesterday was rainy day, I was quite tired from the week and I ended up staying all day home. I didn't sleep a lot last week but quite honestly I don't find any good reason to be so lazy. - As of today, even if rainy during days off from work, I will as a minimum go running for 30 min.

Thx all for tips & support; response of scale...I lost 100g, not a lot but ok it's long journey and I am anyhow happy I didn't come back with some more weight. Today I relaxed and was bad weather but tomorrow I really would like to cycle, I hope little sun!

Day4, I'm back, breakfast was ok (nean+ham), airport lunch yogurt/musli/fruit salad...a couple of bananas as snacks and back home chicken+lentilles for dinner, I am curious to go on the scale tomorrow morning!

I run a cycling race last year totally unprepared, I suffered for 120km, arrived exhausted at the end almost not able to talk for 10 minutes. I just love the memory, I was probably a stupid but felt like an hero so my advise is "just do it".
