I've noticed a lot of folks doing the "Pre-logging" and seeing them staying within their calorie goals! I usually just log what I eat but imma try to prelog this week and see if it makes a difference! Heads up there is a friend request otw!

I'll cheat sometimes and it plagues my mind so I'll run or do something to help burn it off and I'll log it in mfp and like today I had 2 glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts ughhhh I need more friends to help motivate me add me folks!!!! Overall I just want to lose weight

Thank you all I was considering it because when my sister let me try on hers I felt like maybe it could just work! But thanks for all the input I will continue cutting calories and going to the gym!
