I know its been almost a year since you wrote this, but if OP sees this - Thank You for sharing! I'm about to embark on a 10 day trip, 8 of which is a cruise. Cruises are notorious for constantly feeding the guests. LOL. I am SO worried that my months of counting calories are going to be ruined by such a long break. Your…

No worries! I appreciate the feedback and prefer reality to B.S.

Thanks! :)

So basically, the pics with the numbers attached are inaccurate guesses as well!

Just competing with myself. I'm already lean so why not take it further?

Why do you think the underwater weighing would be so way off though?

I'd like to get to the 10% range, just to do it at least once in my lifetime...but I don't have quite enough motivation at the moment. I've been cutting and have lost a few pounds, but the past two weeks went off track and…

I had a dunk test done. They do two and average the total results.

Thanks for the reply. I had a hydrostatic body composition done that says I'm 13.6%BF. Are those often off that much? I went the hydro route since it was supposed to be most accurate.

5'5 with current weight at 130. My current BF is 13.5%, and my goal is less about weight and more about lowering BF to 8-10%, weight will end up around 120-122.
