Thank you for your insight. I couldn't really tell what the trend is. This is the progress graph on MFP app.

I mentioned in my post that I do have an upcoming appointment next week. In the meantime, I wanted to know if digestive issues affect CICO so I asked on here.

Thank you everyone for your answers! Here's a screenshot of my progress from the last 3 months alone! I can't tell where it's going. The REALLY big spike by the way was during a one week vacation where I didn't weigh myself for a week. I usually weigh in every 1-3 days.

A few examples are 25 pound weight gain in less than a month. Another example is 15 pound weight loss in one week. These are a few out of many. My progress over the past several months looks like an exaggerated yoyo. I can't quite tell where it's going because of the HUGE rapid fluctuations in either direction. My GI…

Ugh, my friend won't stop whining about her two kids and their drug addicted father. Not just to me but all over social media. The funny thing is 3 years ago before she even had her kids, I told her to be careful with this guy considering she said he's a drug addict and has been in jail multiple times. Her response from…

I think bmi is a good indicator of health for majority of the population. With that being said my boyfriend has a bmi of 17.1 and a fatty liver while my overweight mother has excellent health markers according to her most recent blood work. I'm actually getting worried about my bf :(

No to the first question. I have ibs-c and chronic constipation. Part of my first experiment was actually for that reason. I generally eat a balanced diet. In other words a variety of different foods but have been experiencing a lot of bloating and gas on my usual diet so I'm trying to pin point the culprit by doing mini…

Sorry, I meant processed foods but lots of people consider them junk foods. When I was at my lowest weight, I was eating chips, ice cream, cookies, kid's cereals, etc on a daily basis. They made up the majority of my diet. Good times haha :)

I stopped weighing myself unfortunately and was wearing baggy sporty clothes a lot so it was hard to tell i gained until one day i took out the full-sized mirror and took a good look with no clothes on. Also eventually re-measured and got weighed again recently at the doctor's. The people in the group seemed really…

haha :) am not trying to bulk. Been going through a lot of stress lately with a very toxic break-up. He stole my vehicle, my money, my school supplies, and a few personal items. Even his mother was harassing me to leave her son alone when I tried getting onto him about it. He's her only child. To add to that, my last…

There is no texting. We live together (sadly). Thanks for the advice though. And thanks, everyone else. I'm in college at the same time so I have to try even harder to focus now that I've been depressed.

Thank you! I was considering canceling my gym membership then buying some free weights and exercising at home instead. These are all great brand/location suggestions.

CICO means "calories in calories out". You have to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight. I had to burn a lot to lose my weight! There are people out there who are lucky though. My boyfriend is a bottomless pit. He eats enough for 3 people and eats a lot of fast food and soda yet remains the size of a twig…

Ok I will. Thanks!

@bulk_n_cut Is it over the counter? And @DonnaHilston I don't know why. I was diagnosed but not treated. I should probably go back  He did tell me certain foods to avoid. I am looking for recipes on here though that I can use since I have GERD.
-
thanks
-
Yes I'm going to maintain if I can eat enough. Which is the problem :( And sorry for the delay. I saw my doctor by the way. It turns out I have GERD
-
How do you get enough protein from that without overeating? If I go by 1 gram per pound per body weight then I need 127 grams of protein a day. That's a lot of eggs/meat/dairy/nuts. Well...for me. Even 90 grams would be a lot for me to take in without getting stuffed.
-
I should use only regular food instead of protein shakes? That sounds like a lot of food. I can only eat so much. I wouldn't mind using both [which was my original plan] but I don't know how I would get so much protein per day out of food without overeating.
-
Thank u for this. I will keep it in mind and probably see my doc.

Is it normal for women with wide hips to have trouble running? I have stamina but I often trip or tilt left and right. I see other ladies though who have more narrow hips than me and they don't have a thigh gap. They can run more steady and fast. I am not fat by the way.
-
Ok I won't. Thanks
-
Thanks everyone. I guess you're right. My mind hasn't caught up to my weight loss yet. I lost more than 50 lb and for some reason everyone else notices it more than I do. I'll work on weight training for now to at least firm myself like a few other commenters said.
-
Thanks!

Ok then. Thanks guys. I guess this whole time I've been worrying over nothing. Thanks so much for your help. I'll stop attempting to lose more weight. I'll just work on maintaining it. I have one more question though. Will I always have my flat bum and flat chest due to my shape or is there a way to fix that? Are there…
-
Ok sorry for worrying so much. I just wish I was more narrow. You know like athletic built. I envy busty women [who's bust and shoulders are wider than their lower half].
-
Banana shaped??
Banana shaped means straight shaped. Well that's what it said when I looked up body shapes.
-
] Are you sure? Even though I'm slim from the side I often feel pear shaped. I wish I was more banana or inverted triangle. Or even hourglass. In my college I see so many other ladies who are more narrow below.
