I'm really happy to hear from you, and really glad that you're making this decision. I suspected that was probably the case! I suspect once I start, I will find myself in a similar situation. Best wishes to you!

My goal for today: - don't binge - drink lots of water
-
Yesterday was really bad for me. I managed to avoid bingeing until the late afternoon, but then I had six English muffins smothered in cheese, two pints of ice cream, 50 salt water taffies, three doughnuts, a box of Swedish fish, lots of bread, chocolate, a few bowls of almonds, tons of rice, and the list goes on and on…

Woke up with a really strong urge to binge. Today is my day off and I almost talked myself out of exercising. I ended up doing it, but only twenty minutes. This could be a bad sign.
-
My goals for today: - drink lots of water - eat low carb to compensate for yesterday's binge and hopefully drop some of the water weight
-
I have a major problem with chocolate too. I didn't even like chocolate much until relatively recently and now I'm obsessed with it. I think it's more about the texture than the flavor though. I can eat it forever and not get sick of it. The only issue is when I binge on it it usually makes me really thirsty!

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the support! I am glad I officially made the commitment and that they're no more backing down, as I can feel myself talking myself out of it. And it seems to have triggered my next binge cycle already so the timing will be good.

Bump again!
-
I've officially made the commitment and will start PHP at the end of the month.

Today: - drink lots of water - don't binge

7:30 AM: 145.6 (+0.6 based on Happy Scales expected weight, real weight was 154.2) Goal for next week: 145.5 I lost this week and then gained towards the end which undid everything plus more. I'm setting a tiny goal because I know my expected weight will keep climbing until I stabilize and start losing again. I doubt I'll…

I think I'm in my next bingeing cycle...already. I've binged consistently for the last three days. This morning I woke up at 6 AM and ate 42 large doughnuts, yogurt, chia pudding, and a bagel and peanut butter and banana sandwhich. Then I ate five slices of stale bread fried in coconut oil and sugar and cinnamon, then came…

Started the day off bingeing. I know it's in anticipation of tomortow
-
Yikes. Yeah you should try to eat even if you're not hungry. Don't like force feed yourself thousands of calories but if you're restricting this much consistently then you are very likely going to end up in a horrible binge cycle.
-
It seems I'm back to bingeing. That was the shortest restricting cycle ever. So frustrating. I think it's because I'm anticipating Friday so much but then after that I'll have a bunch of other stuff too. Lame.
-
Same here! It's such a great idea in theory and works for so many people, but not for me. I'm sorry to hear you've had the same experience.
-
Today: - Finish tons of water - Finish at least one big project and most of the other - Get in 10,000 steps
-
It kind of sounds like your desperation to lose the weight might be fueling your bingeing. Would you consider not weighing yourself for a week or so? Have you ever tried that before?
-
How did the rest of the day go? Mine sucked. I had a couple mini binges in the morning then three after my internship. I also ate trigger foods at my internship. And now I'm plotting to binge again, as I'm waiting for a box of twelve doughnuts and a few one pound chocolate bars to come my way. I would say today hasn't been…
-
My goal for today is to stop bingeing. I've had a few mini binges so far and am about to head to my internship. Hoping they forget the doughnuts. I want to try to turn the day around despite a rough beginning.
-
Definitely feeling bingey
-
I had a mini binge last night. Nothing horrible, but I think it was anticipatory. Today at my internship we are supposed to have a doughnut day. I'm doing all I can to not binge in anticipation. Friday is also going to be extremely hard and it's difficult for me to not justify just having a free week and starting over next…
-
Those sound like good goals! Maybe try purposefully upping your calories significantly and see if eating that amount will reduce bingeing? That's what the nutritionist wanted me to do. I can't say I've been doing it though, but when I start bingeing daily again I'm gonna try it.
-
Today's goals: Eat under 20 grabs carbs in order to lose some of the water weight from yesterday's binge.
-
6:15 AM: 145 (-1.9 based on Happy Scale's expected weight) Goal for next week: 144.7 Setting a small goal for next week because Koffie's birthday is on Friday and I'll likely have a massive binge. Also having a doughnut day at internship on Tuesday. I'm hoping I can lose regardless but I need to try hard not to…

I'm bingeing
-
Oh man I'm so sorry to hear that. If you want to talk about it feel free to message me/post on here! Thinking of you.
-
Today's goals: - Drink lots of water - Walk at least 6,000 steps (sad that that has to actually be a goal on an internship day)
