  • Yes my exercise logs may be incorrect due to my language barrier and my fitness inexperience. I try to make at least 30 min of cardio but I really try to sweat and I also make strength exercises. I'll try to eat more proteins :blush:
  • I opened my diary (at least I think I did...I'm new). I have two days only but that's what I eat usually. Yes I know that 1lb of muscle takes less space than 1 lb of fat and I've lost in size but I thought that I should prob stat losing kgs by now. Thank you for your answers. :smile:
