I'd recommend dancing as something that shouldn't make too much noise. Less to no jumping would be involved (though it would depend on the type of dance) maybe you could browse through a couple of dance workouts on youtube, see what you'd enjoy and what would be minimal noise. calisthenics would be good too. Cheese! It's fine in moderation but my brain doesn't know the meaning of cheese and moderation together. It's not worth taking up nearly half your allowance on cheese to me =/

Is anyone else falling the 2 days 30ds then 1 days cardio and then rest? I think I remember hearing that was the right way and now can't remember if that's the plan. On to cardio day today anyway. Aiming for 45 mins of Tae bo.
