Officially finished with the 30 day shred! Also completed no more trouble zones today and loved it. Lost 7 lbs and over 8 inches the last time I measured.

About to do day 6 of level 3. Can't believe it's nearly over. Got great inch loss so far and down 7 lbs this month.

Good luck with the 30 day shred! I'm on level 3, day 3 tomorrow and I've loved it. Keep on with it and you'll notice the pain subsides and you'll get stronger with certain moves.

I haven't eliminated anything, I just eat less of certain things and more of others.

Thanks. I'll have a little watch through it and I do have heavier weights here, so like you said I could be increasing them along the way. I'll also have a look around on Kelly Coffey Meyer since I do want to switch things around eventually.

I love her workouts and a lot of the groups that were made are inactive now so I'd be up for it! Just finished day 7 of level 2 on the 30 day shred and want to move onto one of her other DVD's when I'm finished.

I just finished day 6 of level 2 and honestly? Yes it does work. I've lost weight and my pants are already getting more loose. I follow that and combine it with a few days of cardio a week and have seen results. However, you do of course need to eat at a calorie deficit. I was a complete beginner when I started and it is…
