I have a total of over 100lbs to lose if I look at what my parents want. (I'm 62) I just want to get below 200lbs, could use all the support I can get. I am disabled, cooking is a challenge. Therefore we eat out a lot. Making dieting close to impossible.

Hi I'm gluten free due to celiac. I have been for 2 months. Would love to share recipes and just support each other, this is a hard lifestyle.

I just eat Chex cereal with some lactose free milk and honey or sugàr. Comes to around 300 calories and fills me for most of the day.

By the way through blood tests they proved I have celiac disease. It's just a label I'm not worried all I know is that after 60 year of eating wrong, I feel great eating right.

Sorry I haven't posted, great to see so much traffic. I am doing great. Found out I am lactose intolerant too. This is hard diet to stick to, but I'm baking more. Got any good recipes. I've been working on learning to convert recipes.
