I heard you have to drink like 4-5 cups of green tea a day for your metabolism to get more higher! It tastes gross tho. Try mixing it with lemon juice it might help

Sweet potato fries in the oven for around 20 minutes. And instead of rubbing them in oil beforehand, I just spray it with the olive oil spray! They taste so good.
