I have a silicone dish that I can put in the microwave to steam my meat and veggies. Depending on how big the piece of meat is it only takes about 5 minutes and then I have a healthy lunch. Best thing I ever got. I put everything in it frozen. Like everyone else says planning is the key. You will figure it out.

My results were pretty good. I lost about 10 lbs but had an injury in the middle of it so had to take a few days off. I like the fact that like 21 day fix it was a different work out each day. I also wasn't tracking my food while doing it so if I would have done that I would have probably had better results.

I agree with the stick to what is working for you right now. I too should be in the 2000 cal range but eat at the 1200-1400 cal range. So far it has been working for me. Once it stops working then I will evaluate things and go from there.

I have T25 and like it. The modifier is easy to follow and the time goes by fast. I am probably going to start back on that after my 21 days is up next week.

On day 18 round 1 and am losing inches in all but one place. Happy with my progress so far though. I am losing lbs as well. This thread has really helped keep me motivated. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Checking in and I must say that I am a little bummed this morning. My scale went up a little and I think that is due to the fact that I have not been able to workout like I wanted to. I have been sticking to the meal plan. I will get through this. Hope everyone has a good day.

I just had a similar experience with the coach I was given. Try to push shakeology on me. I tried the free samples and didn't like it. I am not going to spend a fortune on something I will dread taking. Not worth it.

My main goal is to get healthy and stay that way. I wouldn't mind losing some weight in the process. We want to expand our family and being healthy is important. It was nice to find a plan that could start me in the right direction.

On day 3 of my first round of 21 Day fix and boy do my legs hurt. I had done T25 before and have not hurt this bad. I am not giving up though. Have to keep those muscles moving.
