I personally like to eat after. That way I am not exercising on an empty stomach. I also tend to eat less after. But whatever is more comfortable to you.

I have it and used the containers at first just to get portion sizing down. I log my calories and will use the workouts. It has good variety and with 30 minutes it is doable. I hope you enjoy it.

Usually the week before and the week during my TOM I don't lose anything. The week after I get a good loss. It sucks but at least I know why I don't lose those 2 weeks.

I have fibromyalgia and can understand what you are going through. I agree with talking to a RD. They can help you with foods that can help with iron and anti-inflammatory properties.
