This Mom needs a Reboot!!

I started using MFP in January and as of the beginning of August, I had lost 31 pounds!! Yay me!! I've struggled with my weight my whole life so this is a victory!! Then my life got crazy busy and my family had an awesome vacation and I started to slack off and put back a few pounds. It's just a few so it's not a major set back, but now I have to buckle back down and get right back to it. I would like to lose the few pounds that I gained and then get back on track with my weight loss goals. I'm 47 years old with a daughter in her Junior year of college and a son in his junior year of high school so I'm no spring chicken. I have been living with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for the past 25 years so exercise is hit or miss but as I have proved already this year, weight loss is harder and takes me a bit longer.....but NOT IMPOSSIBLE!! So this is the start of my reboot. Thanks for listening!!!

Great job. I have fibromyalgia so I can understand what you are going through. Some days are better then others but we just have to keep going. This is a long journey but you can do it. Feel free to friend me if you want.0

Hard but not impossible
Well done on the positive attitude - keep that up and the weight loss will certainly follow. Best of luck.0
