Keep it real and get ur new addiction to being in a gym. Food and exercise make a good mix & are great for ur inner self. GL

Start on trendmill and work your way around gym. Watch others routine and follow the crowd. Key is to go 3-4 x's a week. And watch ur in take of food. GL 40 should be easy beore June. Nail it and get ur results!!!
