I am loving it! I was torn between 6w6p or ri30 also after i finished the 30ds. I decided to go with ri30 cause it focuses more on a whole body workout. When I get to my goal weight I will do 6w6p, I want my extra cusion gone first so I can see my hard work in the midsection.

Similar.. yes. Same 3 2 1 format, but there are 4 workouts instead of 3, and you do each for a week instead of 10 days. From what I have read this is a step up from her 30 Ds, (which I have just finished 2 rounds of) you will not be disappointed!! Love her 30Ds!

Finished JM beginner shred and went right into the 30 Day Shed. Just finished day 4 on level 1. The soreness is starting to go away n it feels like it's getting easier :-)

hi feel free to add me. i am looking for other mommy friends also. my baby is 9 months and i still have lots of jelly belly lol and i am also still breastfeeding. 500 extra calories for breastfeeding a day seems to be the magic number everyone recommends, as you dont want ur supply to drop. adjust as nessessary of course :)
