i was maintaining at 1500 for months....that doesn't seem right. It seems like my body just got accustomed to living off 1500. then i got to a point were i felt starving, and that's when i went up to 1700. I was worried i wasn't eating enough. Maybe I'll try dipping back down, though and see what happens. :-) thanks

Anyone? i was also contemplating slowly upping my calories, then going back to a deficit to try and get things going again.

Never had a problem, but have read lots of reviews with it hurting people's knees.... make sure you have perfect form, it can make a huge difference, also maybe modify some of the troublesome moves so it's less impact

What I love about Jillians workouts is you can make them as hard as you want! Even though I have completed the shred 2x I know it will still be challenging cause I will be pushing as hard as I can :-P

I think w3 is insanely hard! Sore legs today from the duck walk things.I have been working out 6 days a week for 4 months now with Jillian DVDs, and it was still a struggle. It's a lot of fun though. I have never done 6w6p so I can't comment on that. RI30 reminds me of the shred a lot, I think w3 is tougher than l3.

Yes we do! Lol 30 Ds is awesome! I plan on doing it throughout my future. I got awesome results with it, both times! Hoping to get some awesome results with ri30 also. I have approximately 10 lbs left to lose, and things have been slowing down in the weight loss department.

It is probably a good idea to take a rest day like after every week. Or more if needed, just listen to your body!

So what do you think of w1? i think it's easier than level 1 of the shred but that may be because I'm more conditioned now lol. don't get me wrong it's still tough though!!
