    I am doing her 30 day shred workout, are they similar? I was thinking to moving to the 6 week 6 pack after this.

    Similar.. yes. Same 3 2 1 format, but there are 4 workouts instead of 3, and you do each for a week instead of 10 days. From what I have read this is a step up from her 30 Ds, (which I have just finished 2 rounds of) you will not be disappointed!! Love her 30Ds!

    I haven't been disappointed yet. I really enjoy the pace and I m already seeing results. I might move to the ripped in 30 after. Before this I was doing The Biggest Loser Cardio Max/Bootcamp.

    Do you like it so far? I'm looking at buying either Ripped in 30 or 6 week 6 pack not sure which one yet. Maybe both eventually.

    I am loving it! I was torn between 6w6p or ri30 also after i finished the 30ds. I decided to go with ri30 cause it focuses more on a whole body workout. When I get to my goal weight I will do 6w6p, I want my extra cusion gone first so I can see my hard work in the midsection.

    I've only 4days left of 30DS. I didn't know what to move on to. So thanks for the idea. I'm gonna take a little break because my body feels tired. (I didn't take any breaks).

    So what do you think of w1? i think it's easier than level 1 of the shred but that may be because I'm more conditioned now lol. don't get me wrong it's still tough though!!

    It is probably a good idea to take a rest day like after every week. Or more if needed, just listen to your body!

    I know!! Man, they really killed it the first few days but today I had it down! I'm excited to do level three. Only 3 days left on 2! I think I am going to do another 30ds after I'm done with this and then move to ri30. I might go to ri30. Not sure yet.
    Jillian Michaels, we owe our hot new bods to you! Lol.

    Yes we do! Lol 30 Ds is awesome! I plan on doing it throughout my future. I got awesome results with it, both times! Hoping to get some awesome results with ri30 also. I have approximately 10 lbs left to lose, and things have been slowing down in the weight loss department.
