Basically, you can get a grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo or cheese at any of these places and be okay. McDonald's has a Southwest chicken salad that Snack-girl.com recommended. You can ask for it with grilled chicken, no cheese, no tortilla chips, and with the dressing on the side.…
