Height 5"9 Weight 170 I have no idea what TDE IS and I just brought an ab roller and push bars. The story is this I'm 22 out of nowhere I started getting little man boobs and a gut and it's frustrating because I don't even weigh that much I just want to get rid of it and keep it off.
