There are several programs, such as the ones on bodybuilding.com that are already setup and tell you the exact workouts/machines to use and when so you don't even have to put together your leg workout or should…

Still sounds yummy. I could tear through some chocolate right now. Work has me beyond frustrated and my patience level is almost non existent. Thankfully I get off 2hrs earlier than shift tonight. Here's praying the next 5hrs go by as smoothly and quickly as yesterday did.

I absolutely love peanut butter. So I found a peanut butter breakfast quinoa recipe. Very disappointed. May continue to experiment. Or I may just give the bag of quinoa to my trainer.

That's awesome on the Therapist part. And taken in heart....meaning you love someone special like family or friend. Not taken in hand as in no romantic relationship

This is my first and only. It has a lot of meaning to me and although most people say it's too big for a first tattoo I think it was perfect. 4.5hrs of ink, one session, and a lot of emotions. No screams, no tears, a lot of pain. And a lot of joy every time I see it.
