I use time frames. 12a-6a 6a-12p 12p-6p 6p-12a And a new tab im using is "supplements" since a pre-workout I tried recently has 5 calories and 1 carb per scoop and even daily vitamins sometimes have nutritional values.

That's awesome to it looking successful so far!!! And you're right, did you know studies show that a K9 will leave the owner when they know its their time to pass? I learned that when I was in middle school I think. And I've seen it so many times in action that it breaks my heart.

I think I will do better going after. The endorphin's will keep me up a little longer but I noticed I was more focused, I had slightly better energy since I didnt feel groggy like I do when I wakeup, and it helps me process my shift and the bad/good of every call so I dont go to bed with nearly as many emotions. I'm on daily. Between work and a child I can't afford not to pay attention to what i'm eating. I've learned a lot about how horrible convenience can be. I log daily, own up to failures, share successes, and love checking in on friends. Moderately active on some boards as well. Anyone is welcome to add me.

We aren't able to keep backup supplies in the fridge/freezer. Our department shares the break room with several other departments and your items are likely to be trashed or taken after a few days. I do however keep a plethora of granola bars, crackers, and a few cans of chicken or tuna in my locker for those situations.

In response to people talking about meals. Ive switched mine from the breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks to midnight-6am. 6am-noon, noon-6pm, and 6pm-midnight. Can't speak for everyone, but I don't mind. I was nocturnal growing up so I stayed up all night got maybe 2hrs of sleep before school/college or work. Then I had my son.....Forcing 20yrs of being nocturnal out the windows. Forced myself to function during daytime and sleep at night. Then got stuck back on night shifts lol.…
