Bahahaha. At least your honest. Im not that great. I had hot dogs w/ buns yesterday and wings today. Plus a small piece of cake this morning before I got off work. So yeah.....its just showing the last thing we ate. ;)

4 chicken wings for food. But now sipping on a double shot protein shake made of rocky road powder, pb2, and a banana mixed with vanilla soy milk. Yummy. :smile:

Its a sweetener but everything is considered a chemical to some degree. Even organic or all natural items will have some form of chemical. Maybe call them and request to know why the false disclaimer or how they see it as true?

Def following this. My goal at the moment is loosing fat and gaining muscle so it doesn't go hand in hand completely. So for now my priority is to loose fat and weight and get to a healthy BMI/BFP. But def want to follow this for when it's time to gain muscle.

Sorry it was into the end of a 12hr shift when I typed. On top of double checking your food diary for specific measurements check your protein vs carbs vs healthy fats. I noticed you mentioned several protein shakes a day, keep in mind you still need some carbs for your body. Make sure to get plenty of water.
