Just saw your response! This is a great idea! I just ended up buying more granola bars cuz I was hungry at the grocery store! EEK bad idea! Now they will be in my cabinet for months lol, or in my tummy in days! I like fruit a lot, but I hate adding more sugars even if they are natural sugars.

Looking for some twinnies! Age 24 Ht: 5'7" CW 124 HW: 130 BF% 19 Goal BF% 11-14 I was 11% BF about a year and a half ago, but was doing mostly spin classes 4x a week. Now I'm back into my kick with powerlifting, and cycling also, but only for 20-30 minute bikerides at a time. Looking to tone up and gain lean muscle!

granola bars, fruit bars, oatmeal bars etc..seem to be my struggle, so easy to throw in my purse and take on the go and delicious, but its all processed and my goal is to nix the processed food in my diet.. thats a toughy!
