I like counting calories, once you get used to what calories are in your favourite foods it's pretty easy. I like the fact that i can have whatever I fancy. it works for my kind of emotional eating, in the past if I ate one chocolate I would feel guilty and eat with wild abandon the rest of the day, making bad food…
