I have had the same problem, and literally the only thing that fixed this was planning my meals ahead of time. I write up my menu on Saturday and go shop. On Sundays I do all the meal prep for the week. This makes everything simple during the week so that I'm not tempted by fast food and quick hunger fixes. It literally…
