How’s everyone doing? I’m working on getting some daily exercise in. Yesterday I met with my personal trainer. So far today, my allergies have given me a massive headache and trying not to let that become my excuse of the day not to workout!

Adding one other thought. The last time I was successful I joined a challenge group on here. There are lots of groups that divide up into teams and have challenges each week. Being in a small group and adding some light hearted competition helped me stay motivated. I’m looking for a new one to join now!

Another gym class today! It is fun working out with other people. I'm so glad they let me bring my daughter, it's the only way I can get things done! My husband bought me an Apple Watch for Christmas. It tracks my heart rate and then calculates calories burned. It is pretty awesome to track my exercise somewhat accurately.…

Got the the gym again today and drank all my water yesterday! Those are my two big goals this month.

Just got back from the gym. It was a fun women's only conditioning class. I worked hard, now I have to figure out how to sync my exercise calories with my fitness pal.

I have been out of the fitness loop for the last couple of months. With the rest of the world I have plans for some changes in 2017! I joined a gym that will let me bring my three year old and I joined the latest hogwarts challenge here. I hope those will get me back into a routine so I can start losing instead of gaining!

Starting off week for Oct. upping my water intake for the week and already got to the gym. Not sure how much else I will get in. My mother in law is staying with us and I hate working out in front of people!

My trainer cancelled for today so I tried this work out and an ab workout. Not bad, it really kept my heart pumping!

I usually only weigh myself once a week or two, too much fluctuation for me. Started this week with some stretching and ab work this morning. Hopefully this new hp challenge will keep me going!

Thanks for thinking of us! I have been trying to figure out what to do next to stay motivated. It is harder than I thought with my kids in school. I thought their structure would help, but not so far.
