I get up at 4:40am to get to the gym by 5:10am Tuesday- Friday. I give myself an extra hour Saturday and Sunday. I’ve found if I let myself sleep-in too much and stay up a lot later on the weekends it makes it harder so try and keep your schedule as routine as possible. Simple Poke bowl - 1 - 2 flavored tuna pack(s) (spicy Thai chili is my favorite) dice tomato, cucumber, and avocado. So good! Only about 200 - 250 calories depending on how much avocado and tuna you use. High protein. No cooking at all.

I'm in! I want to lose 10lbs by June 1st. I have a business trip that is my motivation. If I can get on track now it will help me stay in track while I'm there. After that I'd like to lose 10 more by the end of July.

If people are judging you they are not you friends. You need to find people that you are comfortable around and motivate you not bring you down. Don't go, do something that makes you happy.

I have panic attacks due to stress and OCD. I don't do well with prescription meds but I found B12 and L-theanine supplements have helped so much. Do your own research on the supplements, they may help. Both can be bought at most stores that sell vitamins.
