I'm a teacher so a lot of my time is spent in front of a classroom and I don't get much steps in walking around checking work. What I do to get my 10000 is make it a mission after work to work to a supermarket (like a stroll in the evening) I also have a wii and do the jogging on it, either first thing in the morning…

Wholemeal bread, pasta and whole grain rice is a substitute I have made. White rice and white bread has extremely low nutritional value and turns very quickly into sugar in your system.

Pacer for iPhone works really well for me and syncs nicely.

Hi, I'm 29 -5ft 4inches SW- 166lbs (1/4/15) CW- 163lbs (today) GW- 143Ibs (by 19th July) What I'm finding is really working is the app pacer. It's made me stop being so static and get up and move.
