I continue to struggle with emotional eating and to be honest I haven't completely learned how to curb it. But, I try to keep healthy food in the house and low cal snacks that can be my go to when I need a snack. I also try to distract myself with other tasks to divert my attention until the urge to snack is gone.

Congrats! That's amazing! I have over 100 to lose and just starting out on my journey. I already miss being able to sit and eat whatever I want and not care, but I know that I need to be a healthier person, I just want to feel better.

I have a harder time too when my kids are home too. But for me it's getting in my workout.
