That title is what caught my eye! Love that stuff too much. Control and focus try not to get discouraged. Time to workout is my problem I seem to be stuck in either getting it in way early or way late, and sleep is all I can think about at those hours.

I had the same problem it was my go to snack in the afternoon at work on an apple or some ritz crackers. It was hard but I replaced it with a better protein snack with less calories. You can do it find something that satisfies your snack craving.

I've read alot of moms count the play time as workouts.....have you really noticed it pays off. I am really a routine person and sometimes only feel accomplished with an actual workout.
