PocketWOD as it allows my box WODS to be feed so I always know what I've done.

I won't lie and say I've not thought about bailing but I always finish no matter how long it takes. The disappointment to others pushing themselves along with my coach is worse than bailing in my opinion.

My Box takes a week off but I've downloaded an application that uses an RSS feed so I'll find out if they do indeed post them. I do like knowing what I'm going into...but it's tearing it up regardless, right?
