Thank you...I spoke to a nutritionist and she said I might not be eating enough in some instances... she says it looks like I'm doing all the right things, but my body may not be giving anything up because it's trying to protect itself.

I just bought a scale to more accurately measure my meats... but, yeah I mostly measure everything if it's not already portioned for me.
