  • Cut out the flour. The cookies will be less crumbly, more " rubbery" but still taste good. Pulverize 1/3 of your oats into oat flour, and keep the remaining as "while flakes". Keep baking powder it helps the cookies rise. Cut out the butter and oil, add in apple sauce or two mashed bananas
  • You have to believe that you can see yourself successful - you are not a number or a size. Change your screen name!!!! Every time you see that you are reinforcing a failing attitude. The changes you have made are huge! Remember the weight wasn't gained overnight and it won't come off overnight either. We will help you.
