  • Great ideas everyone. Thank you! I've been enjoying 2 hard boiled eggs sliced up with 1/2 an avacado, seasoned with salt, pepper and a bunch of garlic powder. 301 calories. I also start my morning off with 1 quart of water with one whole lemon juice squeezed into it. It gets everything going and helps me feel less hungry.…
