First off, you can do this, anyone with the desire to change can. Honest tracking of what you eat will work, you don't have to give up foods you enjoy, you just need to eat a serving (ie an ounce of Doritos as a snack and not a bag) and log it. Telling yourself you can never eat those foods you love again will only wind up…
