  • You should try a meal replacement shake with a low calorie intake and a high protein intake. Veggies and fruits although consists of some vitamins and minerals they also hold a lot of water. Your just putting yourself through a crash. You can aim to eat a good breakfast and snack low fat or fat free yogurt, jello, etc etc…
