I still don't think you're understanding me lol.. Roman noodles would cost someone what? $10 a week to live on? Raise that $30 and you can eat a healthy diet on $40 a week. The average expected grocery bill is $200 for one person a month. I've eaten healthy well balanced meals for less than that =)

If you are looking for excuses, you are going to find them. We ALL have bills. I'm about $6000 in debt with medical bills alone. Payment plans! If all you can afford is $10 a month, tell them that. Your eating reflects exactly how you feel.

My point is do you think a roman grocery bill is satisfactory or can you afford $30 - $40 more a week for nutritional foods and are just being stingy with the spending.
