If you try shakeology, you'll understand the cost! I love it. I was hesitant too because of the price but it suppresses my appetite so well and my energy levels have gone up so much. I have never had a meal replacement come close to what shakeology does for me. I'm usually hungry an hour later after other ones..

Thanks!! I didn't take into account that 2% fat would make me feel fuller. I could use more fat in my diet - I usually come up really short! I work all the time - like 70 hours a week average - so I don't normally get snacks in and on a good day I'm about 400 calories short of my goal..

I don't like the taste of it plain, but I have heard it is really good for you which is why I would like to incorporate it into my diet more!

Try some plain yogurt with some honey in it =) sprinkle a little cinnamon. I use honey and cinnamon in something at least once a day and it's been great for weight loss! =)

I have insanity but it is HARD! I'm not in shape but I am not out of shape, either. I did the "fit test" and lasted about 15 minutes and was so sore the next day lol..

If you aren't sweating then you should definitely watch your salt intake. If you aren't going over by much then drinking plenty of water will help. I weigh myself daily but I don't record it daily because it can be slightly discouraging. Sometimes I go up a pound or two!

Make sure fruits and vegetables are 1/2 your diet. I was dropping weight like crazy and it suddenly stopped.. Muscle gain, water weight.. Do you weigh yourself at the same time during the day? I pay more attention to my measurements and how my clothes fit than I do to my scale. How long have you been dieting / exercising to lose weight?

I have a good scale it's just the apartment I live did not settle the best and I assume the floor is slightly uneven, which will make the scale inaccurate. I have it in a spot where my scale says my 5 lb dumbbell is 5.1 lbs, so that's good enough for me.

If you want to know how accurate your scale is, take a weight you have at home (if you have one) and put it on the scale.. See how far off it is. Home scales are not very reliable. I can move mine around on the floor and get a 3-5 pound difference depending on where it sits.

That might be it! I know there is one where you don't have to invest any money though. You need to lose a certain percentage of body weight and keep it off for a year but you get $100 for it!

I'm also trying to lose weight by July since I'm going on vacation. I do 21 day fix and drink shakeology. I have lost 15 pounds in 19 days. Not too bad :)

Have you ever looked into shakeology? It tastes amazing, full of the nutrition of fruits and vegetables, and really really curves your appetite! I drink it and I'm not hungry for like the next 6 hours. I have to force myself to eat all of the calories I need.

I drink shakeology every morning and I'm not hungry until around noon. My boyfriend drinks it around 10 and he isn't hungry until around 2 or 3. It's a bit pricy but I love it and it definitely suppresses hunger! Drink a ton of water, too.

There is a website that will pay you money for losing weight! I can't remember what it is but if you want rewarded, check into that! :)

That's amazing! Keep it up! I love hearing simple stories like these - I just started working out about 3 weeks ago and I got super excited when my bras wouldn't fit lol... And sad at the same time =(
