^ Haha I did this the other night with chocolate! So relieved to know I am not the only one to have done this o:)

Same here; I gander at other peoples diaries in my friend list mostly for inspiration on tasty low cal food ideas but hey no judgement if they choose to keep them locked. I feel privileged to have this insight for those that are sharing. Mine is open to my friend list - perve away... or don't... whatever helps you...or…

A bit of everything - I mix it up and spend either 10 or 15 mins per cardio machine so in a one hour session I do 4 or 5 machines. Other times I do some machines and some weights but normally in 15min chunks otherwise I get bored and slow down. I love the cross/eliptical trainer as I can burn a lot more in the same time…

^^Yep - this. Kudos for getting on the thing and working it!

Why not eat for *you* not someone else? Date's are all about getting to know someone, be much easier if you are a true version of yourself perhaps....

Maybe open your diary so people can take a look and make any suggestions?

I have often wondered about these gadgets so I found this thread interesting to read, thanks for posting. My own personal approach is to turn off the tech and listen to your body once you get used to eating to deficit target. I have tried step counters in the past when I wasn't attending a gym or doing any deliberate…

Only about 30% toward goal but I don't have to hold my breath doing up my sneakers anymore. I am having a rough day today so reading all of these is making me hang in there and look forward to tomorrow Thank you
