Disordered eating is such a real struggle. What I know that we can do is take one day at a time! Someone said (i dont remember who) that there is only one day of the year that we have control over and that's today, not yesterday or tomorrow.

lol I hear you! I have two school age boys and they give me a run for my money! It is hard with after school activities to make it to the gym. Which is why I just joined a gym that is closer to me, its going to help shave off 15 minutes driving time, and every minute counts.
