I try to regularly keep my calories around 1200-1500 and have found that by pushing through fatigue and just trying to exercise regardless I have gained more energy overall. I have Hashimoto disease and really struggle with keeping my weight down. I think giving up gluten for the most part has really helped me!

I am 69kg (172cm)- trying to get down to 60kg by the end of this year. I have only started logging again because I am really finding it difficult to get my weight down below that.

I have the same feeling as you about my body but I have started to notice that my upper thighs and butt are getting smaller in the last month since I started working out my upper body way more than my lower body! I think its just the last place many of us women see the fat go from!

I do about 10 mins cardio and then weight training in the gym for about 45 mins and then another 10 mins of cardio before I leave and I have lost more weight doing this than I ever did while working out on the cardio machines for two hours!

I think most people focus on their own workouts and don't worry you will eventually start to get over that feeling if you just keep it up!
