Hi thanks for sharing you're story. I feel like I'm in a similar situation to you 4 years ago. I do a lot of exercise and restricting calories but have found fat loss has stalled a little. Sounds like you're doing a great job, and you know your weak areas. Have you tried having a 'cheat' meal that is calculated and planned? That way you can look forward to those treat items but they are planned so you can control the amounts and not feel like you're cheating as they are part of your healthy lifestyle? I find…
