PW 147.5 CW 148 Apologies. We had Passover Seder last night. Before bed, I was 151.5, so it could have been worse. It was yummy, though, with chocolate ice cream & chocolate macaroons. 🙂 I hope I’ll make it up this week. Merry Passover, Resurrection Day, & Ramadan Mubarak!

PW 146.5 CW 146.5 I got up to 148.5 this week, but I made my way back down. Unfortunately, food poisoning/virus last night had me lose 1.5 unexpected. Ugh! I need serious naps today before work tomorrow.

PW 149 CW 146.5 😳 I missed my morning break several days at work, so this made me think, “I can eat more at night.” Silly me. I stopped unplanned night snacking on Thursday, & I was able to pull out a loss. I haven’t seen this weight since Fall 2020.

Hmmm. I totally should have posted while I was on the rampage. Even though @jugar encouraged me last week by saying I had lost each week, I still chose to eat more. I plan to be back on track this week. Everything is planned & packaged for success.

PW 148.5 CW 147.5 🙂 That’s a bit surprising because I was 148.5-149 all week, and I decided I was eating what I wanted to yesterday. Today I’m going to try my 10k walk for the 1st time in a long time because the temperature is reasonable, & I’m getting tired of biking. 🤪

This morning I biked 26.2 while I prayed for my niece running the Houston marathon. She did well, & it made my ride go by quickly. 🙂 It was a wonderful time.
