This morning I biked 26.2 while I prayed for my niece running the Houston marathon. She did well, & it made my ride go by quickly. 🙂 It was a wonderful time.

I lost weight Sunday & Monday, and that’s unusual because I love my nachos. I counted my chips, & I was successful. I spent the rest of the week at 156.5. 5 days! How can I plateau? Dilemma. My weigh in is tomorrow morning, but I’ll also do a 25 mile bike ride first thing. Do I eat to lose weight or to have energy? Rhetorical question. 🙄😂

Ugh! I missed posting yesterday. PW 157 CW 157 I didn’t set a goal this year; & no matter how I try to get motivated, it isn’t sticking. I think I have a goal for next year. I turn 48 at the beginning of the year. I’d like to live 9 months out of next year under 148. 😳
