  • PW 155 CW 156 Ugh. Sorry. I didn’t hold steady. A good things about this week was we got Thai on Monday. I made 3 meals of it instead of 2. I’ve not done that before. But I had too much night snacking.

  • For breakfast/lunch I had low sodium tomato soup with frozen spinach & ground beef. Yummy! Had a big salad for dinner. I snacked on pistachios. Then I snacked on some chocolate chips. I wish I had not done that last bit, but hopefully I didn’t ruin the day.

  • PW 156 CW 155 I did it! Finally. After a hug yesterday, my husband said, "It feel like you lost around your waist." =) I tried to hold my weekend gain down last weekend, but I still got up to 158.5. I did not snack the last 2 nights, so that helped.

  • PW 153 CW 155 I got up during my vacation week, but I’m glad I lost a few. Sorry to have a gain at all. I spent the last year working on getting my iron levels up while working in calcium . Calcium inhibits iron absorption. I had a bone density exam last week, I’ve lost density over the past 4 years. Hopefully, tomorrow…
