I use unflavored protein: ISOPURE Whey Protein Isolate and add vanilla or other flavor extracts in mine. Watkins coconut extract is excellent.

I have FM and yes, foam rolling hurts like hell! The most important thing I can do no matter what kind of exercising I'm doing is to BE CONSISTENT.
