I use cellucor C4 extreme. I like it. It definitely helps me get a bit more out of my work outs. My suggestion would be that no matter what pre workout you use, don't take a full dose the first couple times so you can figure out how your body reacts to it. Cheers

I hear you guys! I have an hour and a half commute to my job each way and usually work at least 10 hours a day. My wife and I have 3 kids so when I'm home they are the priority. No regrets. That being said there are a few things in my past that I look back on and think "wow! What was I thinking?". But everything that has happened to me, good or bad, has led me to where I am today.

I haven't traveled as many places as most of you on here, but for me I love Banff Alberta, Canada. Just incredible mountain views, wildlife and lots to do winter or summer.
