Hello, Welcome I am also new to the world of low carb eating. I started watching my carb intake two weeks ago, and the changes in my body and mind are truly amazing and surprising. And I found here as the most helpful community of MFP, so I am sure you won't be alone in this health journey

@totaloblivia: Yes most of them are, but mine is stated to be with no added sugar and it is really sedative and helps me to sleep. I also heard a lot about honey and lemon, I' ll give it a try. Thanks :)

@kristenlarkin : Wow, so interesting. Thanks for the motivation. I just started low carb diet (not as well as 20 g yet), and only in two weeks I can really see improvements in many ways. However, as @m_puppy mentioned earlier, in the beginning weeks of any diet the immune system may get weaker. In addition, I strongly…

But he just re-prescribed them and added some vitamins helping me to fight them myself :)))). I will go…

I do body combat and body pump and I am totally in love with RPM. I used to hate stationary biking but right now I do not finish my week without at least two sessions of RPM

In fact as I started doing frequent workouts since 2013, right now not only my body but also my mind is addicted to it. I feel less happy just by not doing any moderate/high-intensity activity for 4 days in row which I believe is due to dopamine and serotonin release dependence to sport . Therefore, I am trying to…

Yes you are right webmester, I also realized I should go on ketosis level or have some carb few hours before working out. However, I should read more about it and do some experiments and check my body reaction to it. Thanks for the website, I bookmarked the eating academy website and I am going to follow Peter by reading…

Thank you so much for the great references you introduced Twibbly. I started browsing through Drs. Phinney and Volek 's website. Unfortunately, ebook of The Art and Science of Low Carb Living is not available on googlebooks. I am defiently going to buy the printed book asap, as I am very interested to read it now. I have…
