  • The first few classes you take are tough, but they are so empowering. If I do two back to back classes of body pump and combat I burn over 1000 caleries ! They are a good confidence booster as well

  • I also take RPM, Vive, and CX works as well. But body pump and combat are my go to strength and cardio work outs.
