  • I'm lactose intolerant too. My local grocery store just stopped carrying lactose free yogurt. I use avocado as a spread, in place of mayonnaise or butter. I do use lactaid milk.

  • I try to have a treat everyday. I love me some chocolate. And McDonald's caramel sundaes. Mmmmm. Today I had a bag of peanut m&m's which was upwards of 450 calories. I don't usually indulge that much but I was trying to appease the monthly monster. I try to stick to 100-200 calories a day. As long as I have them available.…

It's free, the Barcode scanner makes it easier. No calculating points. And the community is great. The thing about WW is unless you plan to pay for it…
  • Congratulations! That's great for one month! Keep up the great work
  • I've used this app for awhile also, but literally just started exploring outside of my profile yesterday. So much more than I realized. So I am all in for fitness friends!
  • I've gained 20lbs since November. So April will be my starting over month. I'm in!
